What industries do you specialize in?

I work with a wide range of product and service businesses, including consumer goods and ecommerce brands to coaches, consultants, and creative entrepreneurs.   The eleventh house is the house of community, and I’m intentional about the community I build. I work with brands that take pride in what they do, are committed to delivering real value, and refuse to cut corners at the expense of their customers and clients.

Do you work with clients outside of the US?

Absolutely! I work with clients globally.

All projects are managed remotely, and my process is designed to work seamlessly across time zones.

03 /

Do you work with e-commerce brands?

Yes, ecommerce is very much in my  wheelhouse. With a background in consumer goods and global product brands, I understand what it takes to build a brand and website that sells. The Eleventh House Site is my recommended package for ecommerce brands, with Shopify builds available in select situations. If you're an ecommerce brand needing a brand and a website, The Eleventh House Signature is your perfect fit.  Inquire for details.

What are your payment terms?

In an aim to support entrepreneurs and growing businesses, I offer flexible payment terms that are dependent on the services provided. For design packages, payments are split over the duration of the project with 25-50% of the total project fee due upon booking.  For retainer services, I require monthly payments due by the 5th of every month. Payments for project based work varies by the scope of work and type of project.

I understand the importance of flexibility when it comes to investing in your brand and website, and I'm happy to discuss a custom payment plan that works for you.

How do I know which service is right for me?

A good starting point is asking yourself two questions: where is your business right now, and where are you going? If you're in the early stage and need a solid foundation, The Rising or The Reflection are great starting points. If you're established and ready to invest in something comprehensive and lasting, The Eleventh House Brand or Site are built for you. And if you want the full transformation - brand, website, and strategy working together, the Eleventh House Signature is the answer. Still not sure? Book a free consultation and we'll figure it out together.

How far in advance do I need to book?

I take on a limited number of projects each month and typically book projects in advance. This allows me to work effectively with meticulous levels of dedication to your project.  I recommend that as soon as you start thinking you need a designer to get in touch with. After your initial consultation call, I'll provide you with a timeline and start date availability based on my current schedule.  If you have a launch date you're working towards, or the timing I provide does not work for you, I am happy to discuss options to best suit your needs.

07 /

How long do projects typically take?

Timelines vary by the type and scope of the project. My starter packages generally range from 3-5 weeks, and our signature packages range from 4-8 weeks.  The biggest factors that impact project timing are the project scope, how quickly assets and feedback are provided, and revisions rounds. I'll set clear expectations and deadlines at the start of every project, so everyone stays on track.  Delays in feedback or asset delivery can affect your timeline, so I ask that clients come prepared and stay responsive throughout the process.

08 /

Can I start with branding anD add a website later?

Absolutely! A strong brand foundation makes everything else easier, including your website. Many of my clients start with a brand package and return for their website once the identity is locked in. Your brand assets will be ready to hand off seamlessly when you're ready. I also offer gratitude discounts for past clients, regardless of when we last worked together.

What website platforms do you work with?

I primarily work with the Showit and Wix platforms for website design. *  Both platforms offer creative flexibility and easy-to-use interfaces.  Unlike many other platforms that limit you to specific templates, Showit and Wix allow me to design unique, personalized websites that truly reflect your brand.

Both platforms are incredibly user-friendly, which also makes the handoff process more seamless and gives you the flexibility to easily update text, swap out images and make other basic updates without needing a developer.

If you have a blog or plan on adding a blog at any point, I do recommend Showit as the platform seamlessly integrates with WordPress.

* For ecommerce brands, I can design in Shopify, but depending on the size of your product offering and complexity of your business, a developer may be needed as well.  For service-based brands, I am able to design in Squarespace in certain situations.

What happens if I'm not satisfied?

My process is built around collaboration and alignment, and I don't present final designs without getting your input first. Every project includes a discovery and moodboard phase specifically to make sure we're aligned before design begins. If something isn't landing, I want to know early. Revision rounds are built into every package for exactly this reason.
