Once you've agreed to the proposed pricing, timeline, and project scope, you'll receive your client service agreement, an invoice for your deposit, and a design brief questionnaire. This questionnaire will help you dig a bit deeper into your goals, your audience, and how you want your site to function. Depending on your package, I might schedule a strategy call at this point in the process.

Before design begins, I'll get deep into strategy. I begin by mapping your site's structure around your goals, whether that's inquiries, sales, or growth. Your pages, user journey, and visual direction are all aligned on before a single page is designed.

This is where your site comes to life. Through a structured, collaborative process with clear milestones and revision rounds, we refine every page until it's exactly right. You'll never be presented with a final site that hasn't been shaped by your input.

Once your site is finalized to something we're both excited about, I'll send your final invoice and prepare your site for launch. You'll receive a video walkthrough so you can confidently manage your site independently, along with any relevant files and assets. I'll remain available for post-launch support and do everything I can to set you up for success as your site goes live. At this point, we can talk about additional pages or features and quote you for ongoing projects at my hourly rate.
